This information seems extremely idealistic possibly even unrealistic! I always organize the servers for least ping before I start and I usually get a server with around 32 ping. I have 55 agility, 91 Runecrafting, 61 mining with dragon pick and my weight is -3kg. I installed stop watch software on my computer that allows me to start and stop it with F2 and F3. Even on the most idealistic runs when I sqeeze through the gaps and or mine the rocks on my first try and subtracting 3 seconds for the time it actually takes me to reach my finger to the F keys to start and stop the timer witch is generous.

All you need to do is find the herb that profits the most from the cleansing process and clean as many of them as you can. You can instantly clean herbs in your inventory if you are wearing the herblore skillcape so 99 herblore is recommended for this method. A more detailed guide can be found in the video linked below. Note: The var is 3,, aka, youtub extra bars. If you make a similar smthing of maoing bars as Tonix RS’s calculations, you’ll make about 4,gp, but it’s a gamble. This method isn’t worth it at this point. Jagex prices are so outdated and it’s not even been 1 week.
They need to do a better job updating. Superheat actually gives you a chance for extra bar, which will be directly sent to your metal bank as usual. With GOTE and an ancient elven ritual shard you can superheat form without needing to use any prayer pots. Can maby even do it without GOTE i havent tried, the drain rate is super low.

Mining and Smithing Rework Money Making Guide [RuneScape 3 2019]
The first step in making your own armor or weapons is to smelt your ore into bars. To do this, you will need to use one of the many furnaces located throughout Gielinor. Take your ore obtained via Mining or from the Grand Exchange and click a furnace. This will enable you to deposit all ores from within your inventory into the Metal Bank — Far Left side of the window shown.
#9. Superheating Runite Ore:
This bank will enable yougube to avoid bank runs when creating any items as you can deposit all ores excluding Corrupted ore into it. Once ores have been added, you will then be able to select to desired bars to create in the middle section. The far Right section provides information about levels required and experience gained as well as how many you can make per session — note that bars will still go to your inventory after being made so you will need to add to your Metal Bank if desired. You can also use magic to smelt your bars if that is more your style. This is done by using the level 43 spell «Superheat Item» spell. It requires 1 Nature rune and mininng Fire runes to cast this spell. When smelting ores into bars, you will be limited to your inventory space for the maximum amount you can create in any given session as bars will show up. If you desire to have them automatically show up in your metal bank upon minong, you will need to be wearing Smithing gauntlets — at that point you will be able to make up to 60 bars per session.
