This is the introduction in what will be a series of posts on making money hod about books and ebooks. My intent is to do about ten posts covering starting a blog, building traffic, and earning money through affiliate programs and selling advertising. The e-publishing revolution is making this a great time to be a book blogger. That said, you can certainly apply these tactics to a personal blog where you only mention books some of the time. Ultimately, though, what kind of blog you want is up to you. Affiliate marketing is essentially the internet version of working on commission. Do people really make money blogging?
Like any other kind of blogger could look forward to making money on their blog if they grew their platform a lot. And it’s not considered bad or selling out Which is freaking awesome. I wish wish wish I could do that with blogging. I did find a small freelance job with a book retailer where I get paid regularly for posting I did a post promoting Scrivener. I didn’t get paid How is it okay to advertise for free for a product you love, but it’s taboo to do the same and get paid? Great post Alexandria. It is amazing to make money from blogging. But I dont think it can be a reality soon. There are so many bloggers. And the ways to make money are not many. This is a great post! I feel like growing up we were always told to do something you love as a career. A lot of time and effort goes into book blogging just like any other blogging.

You could sell hand-made products, books, manufactured products, and so much more. Can you make money blogging? Advertising is easy to start, making it a popular income stream for many bloggers. These are called income streams. You link to that product or service using your unique affiliate link. You can compile your articles into a well-structured book and sell it on your blog or on other platforms such as kdp.
Is it legit?
Read on to find some great ways to make money as a book blogger. I, for one, think that there are excellent ways to make money as a book blogger- but those ways do not include paid reviews. If you want to be paid to promote a book, a publisher will just go to one of the hundreds of other bloggers who will do the same thing, but for free. Just know that it might not get you very far. The whole concept of being paid to give your thoughts on a book has a negative connotation.

A blog is such a perfect way to make money. I know Amazon does this, and I think Book Depository does too? This is kind of similar to 1, but a little bit different. Companies pay you to put an add for their product on your blog. You might see it on the sidebar. There are countless options for this! If you have a creative skill and want to make some money for it, use it! Like OwlCrateyou could start your own monthly subscription box! They have been all the rage lately, so you really could start a business with. A lot of times, these boxes include a newly released book and some bookish goodies. You could sell bookish related things! How cool would that be? A lot of bloggers have Etsy or Society6 stores, and they do really. These products are amazing!
